I'm a patient with Bell's palsy, a very severe case. Jody Musick is my therapist. I've had a migraine for ten days, and I went yesterday. After Jody assessed my face, he went to work. He massaged my face, back of neck, head, and painful areas. I swear Jody can tell what is pain points by touching. After therapy, about 12 hours later, my facial swelling had gone down, no more tingling, and my tinnitus had subsided. I still have a headache, but I can live with that. The therapists? Great. Couldn't have asked for better. The receptionist/office manager in the Kingsport office? Awful. One of the rudest people they could've possibly chosen to be the spearhead of their otherwise great practice. Remember, the people who greet patients and customers is THE FACE OF THE WHOLE COMPANY. So yeah.
Great place for therapy. The staff is great. Everyone there treats you with respect and truly want to help you rebound from whatever brings you there. Jody runs a very professional operation. And when you're through you "graduate" with a nice T-shirt.
Best physical therapy I have been to. Everyone is well trained, professional, courteous, knowledgeable & A Top Notch Group!. Will never go to another. This is the one for my family. Jody trains everyone there very well and trains others outside his business also. They are the best around!!!! Give them a try and see the difference! I have and will always return here when I need to. Awesome group. The best is right here.
Awesome group of caring staff at the Gray site! Would highly recommend them for physical therapy needs! They give individual attention and treatment. Great group of people!
