My husband Chuck received excellent care from Achieve PT in Gray, TN. He was certainly impressed with all of the staff as they were professional and caring. His physical problem was neuropathy in his feet causing pain, numbness, and balance issues. He now has very little pain and the numbness has greatly improved. His loss of balance showed amazing improvement. I highly recommend Achieve PT. Thank you so much for giving him back something that he had lost.
I had severe pain going in to my first PT session but leaving there afterwards I felt so much better! I can't wait until my next session

Went in for pain in the lower back area and the staff did a fantastic job of being able to treat and ultimately help me not only reduce the pain but teach some long term workouts that will help to keep it away. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality physical therapy!
The staff at the Gray facility where I had my PT is competent, friendly and appear to be genuinely concerned about their patients. More importantly, I have had considerable improvement in my neck and shoulder issues after two months of their services. I particularly appreciate and thank my coach, Kate, but also the other staff who have worked with me.
Achieve is simply amazing. After having spinal surgery last year, I spent months at another physical therapy facility where I was handed a packet of exercises that got me nowhere.
