We were Very disappointed to hear they did not have space, time, nor scheduling availability to start therapy sessions after 3 months of Dr. appointments, referrals, OT assessments and waiting for staff personnel to return from vacation. They pretend to place you on a waiting list and not follow through with the client, despite my several attempts with phone calls to start our therapy sessions. The quality of service on how the office personnel handle special needs families is very disturbing to say the least.
