I spent over $600 to Acheson Heating & Plumbing to repair my furnace fan several weeks ago. It does not work now. I called them and they refused to come back to my home. How is that for honesty, integrity, customer care and guaranteed quality work? The contractor who now has to come out and fix the problem said, "I hate to fix some other contractor's flawed work". I am sorry I ever allowed Acheson Heating & Cooling to come into my home.. Beware of this company! Now I have to go after them for the warranty guarantee.
Brian is always professional and honest, he has been to my home several times at short notice. I would recommend him to anybody.
I AM SO SORRY I EVER ALLOWED BRIAN ACHESON TO ENTER MY HOME! He performed repair services in my home covered by my home warranty company, Choice Home Warranty (CHW). He did this as an authorized contractor for CHW. Three months after he made repairs, he informed me CHW refused to pay him for his labor and costs. So instead of going after CHW, located in New Jersey, he decides to file a local, civil complaint against me on 2/25/2016.
