I used this company for my wedding and it was the worst experience ever. They took center pieces and floral arrangements. They took it upon themselves to take gifts and cards from my guests and at the end of the night several cards were missing that contained money and gift cards from close family members. Then when I called the company to see if they had accidentally took the cards or placed them in a secure area the Manager was very rude and would not hear me out. They have been securing our property for over a decade. We have nothing but great things to say about Achates. Their officers are knowledgeable and highly trained, look sharp and have always had our best interest at heart. Three years ago one of our pumps froze. If it hadn't been for the quick response by the graveyard shift officer we may have lost a 270K dollar machine.
