Paid 400 bucks for three pieces of jewelry and she took 3 months to just chuck the commission and keep the money, and that doesn't include the plethora of other commissions she is taking money for and not even so much as thinking about working on. This jeweler claims to be an artist but at the end of the day, the studio is just a bog of spray painted cotton, dirty stools, vastly marked up metals from WalMart, and every indication that this is a poorly run business by a lazy, privileged proprietor. Caroline is a joke. Canceled last minute, showed up late, locked us out in freezing weather, and wasted four hours doing absolutely nothing. Overcharged me for a necklace that broke in less than a month. No apology, no refund, no accountability. This place is a mess. Save your money and your sanity—DO NOT BOOK.

Cancelled on me at 3am the night before because she was sick (I was totally sympathetic)… When we rescheduled, we arrived early and waited around until the appointment time, except she was 20 minutes late to her own shop. It was supposed to be an appointment for 4. A total of 6 chains. We sat there for 4 HOURS and accomplished absolutely nothing. She wasn’t prepared at all. Our appointment was scheduled and confirmed at 12pm; we were locked outside in 30 degree weather for 30 mins waiting to be let in. No one was there until 12:20pm. After being let in we were told that she wasn't feeling well and said she couldn't do it. We drove 30 mins to get to this appointment. After a round trip and waiting to be turned away this was a complete waste of 1.5-2hrs. Not to mention the pictures are not the same as what it is now.
