Outstandingly Thorough! Scheduling an appointment with ACF Home Inspections was the beginning of a great experience. Wanda makes it so easy for you to understand everything. Luis arrives early to his appointments which I love as I'm the same way. When he means that he will inspect every corner of the house he means it. Exceptionally Detailed I am in N.J. and buying a condo in Florida. I never used a home inspection previously. When I called A.F.C. I felt comfortable talking to Wendy. I was sent a sample report and thought it was very detailed. After the inspection, I had questions and asked via email and Luis returned my call within mins.
Job Well Done! Excellent! Wanda was accommodating and super friendly with booking my apt. I received electronic reminders which is wonderful! I love how I was able to sign forms electronically and pay online. Luis spent a lot of time explaining everything to me. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional.

Great Experience Great experience with ACF. Wanda was great with scheduling. Luis was there early and very thorough. The report was ready the same day. We not only received information about the current condition of the property, but advice on how best to save time and money to maintain it, as well. GREAT SERVICE!!
