All 3 of our kids went to Dr. Acevedo growing up and for many years we thought highly of this practice and all the other doctors there. I’m not sure what happened in the past few years, but the callbacks suddenly stopped and it’s become impossible to get them on the phone. Nada bueno la recepcionista es un caso perdido podrás tener una emergencia con un recién nacido como la leche que le cae mal y ella te da la cita para la otra semana sin importar el bienestar de sus pacientes deberían de mejorar o cambiar la recepción

My kids have been going there since my daughter was born and she is 13. I loved it up until recently. We have insurance and my kids only go for their yearly checkups because they rarely get sick, but we get a bill for every appointment and our insurance company tells us that no one from the office never filed. So when we contact the office billing department they are very rude to us as if we did something wrong. If you have no insurance this place is not your friend 195.00 a co-pay an you will be billed more later we basically had to go back to the Er. my daughter needed a follow up visit after being sick there's a sliding fee scale application I was informed of with an attitude an I could still have 195.00 co- pay I will be changing doctors as son as possible
