Excelente la enfermera Nicolas muy cariñosa con los niño y muy amables
It is the referral clerk that has influenced this review. She never returns calls. She is never in the office. Medical referrals are crucial and this referral clerk has no sense of urgency, sympathy, or understanding. She should be grateful to have a job, too bad she doesn't work. Dr. Gracia is absolutely wonderful. It is this one person who causes this practice to be less than perfect.
The doctor and her medical staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. The care and compassion pours out as pure as an icebergs water. The whole medical staff treat my children as they were family(even better). I want to be a child again so that I could have Dr. Acevedo-Gracia as my doctor. I would have given a rating of 5 stars but I recommend that the front desk ladies remove "salt" from their diet and bitter "lemonade" as their beverage of choice.
