They did a great job removing all the water from my carpet and prevented any mildew from forming, which saved me from having to replace the carpet. I am extremely thankful for the help I received with my carpets recently. After another carpet cleaning company worked on my home, I ended up with several large brown wicking stains that weren't there before. Their over-wetting caused the stains, and when they tried to fix it by cleaning again, the stains just got bigger and darker. I have to say, the carpet cleaning work that Patrick does is truly impressive. Even if I wasn't related to him, I would still choose him for my home.
