Be prepared to receive slick and passive aggressive text from Emma if she’s your BCBA. I had enough of her slick behind. You could be on your death bed and she’ll still be at your door wanting to do a session. Sessions started off good but she gets very annoyed/angry when you cancel sessions, almost as if she’s mad at you for a child being sick/missing appointments. We just moved here and I submitted an application for my kids in August. After a week or so, they requested additional documentation. My kids’ doctor and insurance sent them the required paperwork. After a month of waiting for a call back, I called them and they told me if I didn’t know it was denied. There were no follow-up emails, calls or any sort of notification about it being denied. I am upset and disappointed, this was such a very frustrating experience.
ACES has been a substantial support system for my son for the last three years. We have seen an extraordinary amount of growth in our son’s social abilities, expressive communication, and behaviors. The ACES team has also helped us as parents to understand how to better support our child’s progress and reinforce positive behaviors at home with individualized parent training. ACES is great to work with and has been a huge help when it comes to learning new skills as a neurodivergent adult. 100% recommend them! :)
My son has been attending ACES for 3 years. He has amazing improvement the staff is Great. Shout out to Sabrina, Teresa, Brittany, Collin, Martha, Isabel, Chelsea, Zia, Francesca. These are all amazing people that have worked with my son hands on through out the years to make him the sweet boy he is today ♾️🌈.
