My company was hired by this ace storage here By “Jill the office manager”. We were hired to clean out this gutter full of granules as shown bellow. We got the gutter perfectly clean. But yet Jill thought it was necessary to leave us our first 4 star review. Her reasoning was “because we left a mess on the ground below the gutters” but you can clearly see us cleaning the parking here as well out of courtesy. Due to relocating from the area I just finished using Ace Self Storage in Alva. Exceptional operation, the site is always very clean, the on site manager Jill addresses in a very timely manner any questions. The communication from Jill is awesome. The buildings are very well maintained and the manager makes you feel like a valued customer. AND YES the prices are very reasonable.
