Update 10/25/25: Brandon has stop responding to emails and just today I went into my attic and found that his roof installers apparently missed the trusses when they were installing the new plywood see photos. He did send out an employee to apparently rig the slider so it won't fall out again. And there's a weird bubble on my roof I asked him about see photo. Brandon was extremely prompt in contacting me from a post Í placed on Nextdoor, after contacting him he immediately followed up, had a quote sent over immediately which was an excellent price, the best out of 4.
