Brandon did my roof and two sliding doors. Prior to fully completing the work he pushed for payment and convinced me that it would be done. So I gave final payment in May 2024. They installed the incorrect doors on my home and instead of replacing them with the correct doors we came up with a solution to do a different type of stucco work around them to fix this. ACES put a new roof on an addition to our house in St Pete in 2022. The ridge shingles that covered the peaks of its 2 gables started to fall off and had since fallen off once again after their repair. In Helene and Milton more fell off. ACES completed the repair, free of charge, and upgraded the ridge vent to a newer and higher-quality model to ensure the long-term performance of the system on us. They provided me with plenty of pictures so I could see the issue. They quickly fixed the issue for a very fair price. I am so thankful for their team!

I got several other estimates, and his bid was right where it needed to be to secure the job but also allow me to feel like I got a good deal. Overall good communication, responsive, and the crew that put the roof on was impressive. They worked relentlessly hard in the hot son. The whole job was completed in two days from start to finish.
