Honestly, the communication at this ABA clinic is terrible. Nobody ever answers the phone. I can call 20 times and maybe 1 time someone picks up — the rest just go straight to voicemail. They always tell you to leave a message, and then maybe someone calls you back the next day. That’s just not acceptable, especially when you need help right away. Trying to reach a supervisor is the same story, no follow-up most of the time. Super frustrating and honestly not what you’d expect from a clinic working with kids and families.
Horrible Experience , if there is below Zero i would use
Too many cancellations without notifying.
