They don't even answer questions over the phone and expect you to fill out a form and wait 72 hours during business days for a response. You can't even answer on the phone about whether you have availability or accept my insurance? I have to waste time filling out a form just to find out maybe you don't accept my insurance and don't have availability? Have some consideration for your potential customers/clients.
