They don't even answer questions over the phone and expect you to fill out a form and wait 72 hours during business days for a response. You can't even answer on the phone about whether you have availability or accept my insurance? I have to waste time filling out a form just to find out maybe you don't accept my insurance and don't have availability? Have some consideration for your potential customers/clients.
Very bad attitude, very inexperienced staff.
The therapists who conducted the behavioral therapy were wonderful. They were professional, caring, and effective, and I truly appreciated the positive impact they had on. However, my experience with the person who handled the insurance side of things was less than ideal. I felt unimportant and frustrated by the lack of communication from his end. Based on my experience and someone who was hired. I would not recommend this place. Staff are this Disorganized and Rude. Communication is dishonest from the company.
