The therapists who conducted the behavioral therapy were wonderful. They were professional, caring, and effective, and I truly appreciated the positive impact they had on. However, my experience with the person who handled the insurance side of things was less than ideal. I felt unimportant and frustrated by the lack of communication from his end. Based on my experience and someone who was hired. I would not recommend this place. Staff are this Disorganized and Rude. Communication is dishonest from the company.
Excellent staff! I have been with Aces ABA service for more then 5 years. Their company is specialized with autism kids and they know what they are doing! Highly recommended.
