I’ve seen so much improvement with my daughter since she’s been attending here. The staff for great with my daughter and when ever my daughter has cancellations from the behavior technicians they are always to find a substitute my daughter loves it here makes me comfortable to bring her in.

My daughter has been attending ACES for four years now. While we’ve had a bit of a bumpy road starting off, the progress my daughter has made has been incredible. They have been able to give her the tools she needs to better function in a world largely not made for her, as well as give me the tools I need to help her at home. This place is horrible. Christine Fisk and Elizabeth Morales are awful and rude. I tried to set up my son's services at this place and they do not respond and read the email carefully on what you need. They are very passive- aggressive and try to blame the family and your insurance on their lack of response and getting you the right information. Im very happy with my daughters progress with aba services here at aces shes advocate more with her aac device she knows 2 step instruction knows more 50 words on her aac device and also understands simply words and then her behavior has decreased alot which they were working on that couple weeks how to be patient and also to catch attention from staff and for myself too. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. ACES has been very unorganized and the communication has been extremely poor. The supervisors, Myra and Princess, did not communicate well with us or with the BIs, which made the experience very frustrating. Most of the BIs at this location seemed unprofessional and poorly trained. Responses were often delayed, and there was very little consistency in care.
