I called them before doing the intake form and getting my insurance approval to see if there was a wait. They said there was not a waiting list. I have been calling them to follow through and last week they reached out to intake and I still didn’t hear anything back. Then today tells me they sent an email on 8/14 to deny my son services. Why? If you are looking for constancy for your kiddo this is NOT THE PLACE. We have had nothing but issues & have only attended a few months now. Sessions that were set seems to be a regularly canceled even 20 mins prior to sessions and communication is nonexistent. Had MANY sessions scheduled to be told they had coverage, just to showing up with my kid to the faculty and be told they don't know who was supposed to "be with your kid". Love the staff! They are very compassionate and attentive to my daughter. My daughter has learned so much with Aces. The supervisors and staff are amazing. Hillary is an amazing BI. Highly recommend
I’ve been an employee since April 2021, first as an RBT and now as the front desk. I love the work environment, flexibility, support and understanding from my coworkers and the rest of the admin staff! I initially started working because I genuinely loved how particular ACES is with ABA, and I stayed because of the consistency between the supervisors/RBTs and the clients. Easily the best job I’ve ever had!
My daughter went from non verbal to verbal using ACES services. The staff is flexible for me and my family and very understanding. I have multiple children enrolled in services and I appreciate everything the company has done for my family. We are going on 3 years of being with ACES! Thank you!
