I love place and people is the best
Not professional at all. I made an appointment for my son for a consult visit and we went there for the appointment. They told me there was never an appointment. But yet I knew they only had consults on Fridays which only someone who worked there could have told me about, when they made the appointment. (That they claimed they didn't make) Had us wait 2 hours to tell us their system was down and that they'll send the info to our insurance. Its been 3 weeks and noone has reached out. My son Carlos has started his orthodontic journey at Aces Braces with Dr. Bobbie and her staff. I just want to say that they are awesome 💯😎. Dr. Bobbie is super friendly and super sweet. Her office is so down to earth. Her staff is amazing. The two gentlemen that usually do my son's rubber band and power chain change are just super sweet guys. I love this place not only do they take care of me and adult but they take care of my two children as well very fast, reliable and understanding always meeting Your needs very happy staff and respectful Clean the environment, and super fast treatment I got my braces in may for my gap and is October and is already closed
I just want to start with the good of this place by saying they are really respectful and so nice but i was told i needed braces for about 3-4 years they said they will reach out to my medical card and multiple times i reached out to my medical card they didn't receive nothing as i try to call aces braces no one answers do better
