Worst experience we've had Zero line of communication phones never work they expect us to trust them with our children yet a simple phone call is to difficult to manage, 1st assessment was over assessed and was giving or child unwarranted stress and wasnt notified until weeks or days after her removal they chalk it up to system error but hasnt been fixed in months
Their front desk is extremely unprofessional. They do not pick up their calls at all, their 209 number does not work at all. They call from different numbers but parents cannot get in touch with the facility? This has been a consistent issue for over 6 months now . The receptionist Jessica laughed at me for being overly stressed out about reaching them. Each time I called I was sent to voicemail and finally after several SEVERAL calls she picked up and laughed when I expressed my frustration. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding the exceptionally high rating of your facility. My experience has been significantly at odds with such positive assessments. Fantastic staff. Have been taking my twins for a year now. They love all the staff and both have fantastic BI's. Both boys have made such a huge improvement thanks to Aces. Highly recommen ACE'S to anyone look for services.
