What stands out the most is how Sam (our ABA therapist) took the time to truly understand our kid as an individual. She built a trusting relationship that allowed him to grow and thrive emotionally and socially. The dedication, skill and compassion that Sam brings to every session shows in our child's progress.
I have had an incredible and life changing experience with ACES ABA. The parent training I have received from Sabrina has helped heal my relationship with my daughter, has given me the tools to be able to help my daughter excel with her daily life skills and helped her succeed in managing her emotions. My little one has been going through ABA course with the professional and patient aces team for more than a year, and she has progressed very well and is very happy, and we have a more peaceful life. Her supervisor is Mrs. Linh and her teachers are very nice and serious about their job and I love that. Thank you for everything you do for my little one.
I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at ACES ABA in Bellevue. We experienced unprofessionalism and neglect. We enrolled our autistic child just two weeks ago, and it's been a nightmare. On his first day, his case supervisor decided not to change his soiled diaper, citing his tantrum as the reason.
