Awful customer service over the phone whether they are busy or not. Never call back despite requesting a number. Nothing ever seems to be of any urgency the way other supply houses in the area respond. Dont waste your time, just go to JohnStone or Trane directly.
The guys here are all very nice and love to joke around. Great service. Very knowledgeable. Very fast.
