Tim shaw agency was fantastic. It was 5 stars. I could always go in and get help on anything in person. Through tim shaw ins. I had 2 different flood insurances and car insurance. My insurance company sold to this company and their services have drastically declined. Terrible customer service! Phone calls and emails go unanswered and has been going on for months. Stay away from this company!
My insurance company sold their business to Acentria. I have had several terrible experiences with this company, well before Hurricane Ian. After Hurricane Ian, my agent NEVER returned my calls to file a claim. I had to call the corporate to file my claim. More recently, in the middle of March, I contacted them to re-shop my insurance, and after providing my 4 point inspection and Wind Mitigation to them on March 14, even though the agent promised to get back to me in a day or two, as of April 3, I have heard NOTHING.
