They requested underwriting changes to the home, and documentation of those changes implemented, which is fine; but then says they failed to document the receipt of the changes they were sent and want to remove coverage. Not a good experience.
I would rate them with No Stars if I could. Absolutely horrible place for customer service. You can't ever get in contact with an agent, and when you leave a message, no one returns your calls. My wife had also sent multiple emails without any response. Agent Sarai Rodriguez is absolutely worthless. When it was Koski and company, they were top notch.
The Certificate of Insurance provided to me by their representative Laura Mayers was fake and falsified. All of my attempts to contact and receive the true certificate as required by law for our condominium, were unsuccessful. This means that Acentria Insurance simply assists others in collecting money for non-existent insurance policies and in uttering forged instruments to unsuspecting clients. I am filing a lawsuit.
I had a very good experience with Acentria, the agent Javier Chang gave us excellent customer service in 2022
Great service. Found coverage when no one else could. Helped with business insurance and health insurance. Phil was great, responsive, professional and invested. Great guy.
