Max from Acentria has been a phenomenal insurance partner for my business. He and his team have been incredibly responsive and helpful guiding my team through insuring our vehicles and other needed policies. I have recommended him to other business owners and they have all had the same positive experience. Max and his team are true professionals.

I would rate them with No Stars if I could. Absolutely horrible place for customer service. You can't ever get in contact with an agent, and when you leave a message, no one returns your calls. My wife had also sent multiple emails without any response. Agent Sarai Rodriguez is absolutely worthless. When it was Koski and company, they were top notch.

The Certificate of Insurance provided to me by their representative Laura Mayers was fake and falsified. All of my attempts to contact and receive the true certificate as required by law for our condominium, were unsuccessful. This means that Acentria Insurance simply assists others in collecting money for non-existent insurance policies and in uttering forged instruments to unsuspecting clients. I am filing a lawsuit.

Great service. Found coverage when no one else could. Helped with business insurance and health insurance. Phil was great, responsive, professional and invested. Great guy.
