I absolutely love Dr Rich and his staff however I was just informed today 3/20 that he is no longer covered by Medicare or Medicaid. This makes me sad because I so trusted him and he helped me so much..
Great staff and Dr Rich seems to know a lot about different treatments for pain. I had my first nerve block on neck. Didn't work very well for me. Not sure what my next step will be, I Would have like to seen more pain relief before I go to next step.
Dr. Rich was thorough and explained everything using great 3-D imaging. Great bedside manner.
Love the way Dr. Rich takes time to address your concerns, questions n answers, lady’s at office are so helpful and kind. I recommend Dr. Rich to one an all.. 🦋
