It was such a blessing to have found the center when I did. With him being an only child, he needed to be around other children his age. Acelero Lorenzi has some great members of staff who were so welcoming, warm, and professional. Firstly, Angela, who provided information on kindergarten and life readiness, words can’t express how much of a blessing that has been. For a year, the director was consistently rude despite my respectful demeanor. When I reported her behavior to upper staff, she denied it. Afterward, she would loudly announce “HELLO EVERYONE” whenever she saw me, a stark contrast to previously ignoring me entirely. One father displayed hostile behavior, deliberately aggressively walking toward me with this mean angry face while holding his daughter and sons hands forcing me to step aside. Staff is very caring of both students and parents. Learning atmosphere is awesome! Blessed to have had my daughter start school here and have them help me transition her into Kindergarten.
