Troy and Ace Floor pick up the phone but don’t honor their commitment and lack integrity in dealing customers . Unprofessional and rude! They started what was supposed to be a 3 day stair case sanding and refinish job on 6/14/2023. They sanded for 2 days and said they would return on Monday, with still 2 days of staining and poly to go it was now a 5 day project.
