Send a scammer(their local contact) to me. Got the money and promised will be back to finish the job but then disappear. Left big tree stump which they promised will remove. Left a electrical line attached to city line. Steal the city electricity. Won’t answer calls or message. Use zelle to receive money without receipt to avoid tax. Ace said they are not responsible at all. Very disappointed service. Everyone be aware.
They wanted $99 just to come out and give me a quote. Who does that?
Professional from the initial phone call to set up an appt for an estimate through the completion of the work. We had two trees removed from our property- black cherry tree from our backyard and a sweet gum tree from our front yard. It was a tight squeeze between our other plants, trees, and privacy fence, but they handled it effortlessly and did an exceptional job. Ace Tree Removal Service crew was fast, courteous and professional. Highly appreciated.
Ace Tree Removal Service guys just trimmed three trees at our house and did a fantastic job. We had a different company come out two years ago and the second my wife and I pulled up this time-it was a night and day difference. Their experience and expertise on how to cut these trees and keep them healthy was exceptional. Dan asked us what was important while also guiding us with his knowledge.
