Needed an air filter for my lawnmower, but I wasn't able to get it because the small engine service center was closed and the associate wouldn't grab it. Their website said they had the part in stock. Very frustrating to go there and not be able to get a part they have in stock. There should be something on their webpage saying you can't get small engine parts after a specific time.
I had an amazing experience thanks to Aspen. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took her time matching my paint perfectly, all while multitasking and assisting other customers with the same patience and professionalism. I had three pints of paint and could only carry two, and without hesitation she offered to walk the last one out to my car so I wouldn’t have to make another trip.
