We have stored 2 different RVs here on and off for a few years as needed. The facility is well maintained, safe and secure. The people are easy to work with and the location is great, right at the end of Almaden Expressway.
I have stored my trailer at Ace Storage for over 5 years now. Its easy, the people are kind, and I love the location. I also love that it's a small family owned business. No frills facility but I have never had any issues and it satisfies my storage needs perfectly.
The company delivered a box and sent someone who obviously didn’t know how to back a trailer or had too much experience and had forgotten how. They were partnered with someone young who didn’t not help direct them backing in. They started by pulling into the house across the streets driveway because they started at the wrong angle and then proceeded to run over their flowers.
