I’ve known Xavier from Best Smog for a long time. I understand Xavier’s point of view about work experience to obtain a smog technician license; however, test-only stations do not repair vehicles. Nobody helped me obtain my smog technician license, so I’ve moved on from that field and thrown out my college degree and certificates.
The owner here is using paper instead of using digital copies, and he’s running an air conditioner without closing the doors. He never did remodel that place, or make it energy efficient. There is oil and dirt everywhere. Some of his tools are cheap Chinese junk from Harbor Freight and Lowe’s.
