Western maintenance & construction owns ACE roofing who put a roof on a rental property I own in Castle Rock CO about a month ago. This is one of the most deplorable roofing jobs I have ever seen. The edges of the roof curl up where the roof meets the facia , Several of the shingles on the ridge row of the roof are put on backwards, There is a huge stripe on one surface of the roof which is a result of admittedly defective shingles which the roofer will not replace.
