Terrible experience and never again. About 15 - 20min shuttle from the airport which in my view starts to edge on excessive. The booking is handled by Hertz which is fine but then it gets too hard and simply not worthwhile - waited over an hour for the Ace shuttle, we were a party of 4 waiting alongside another 8 or so people for the shuttle that eventually arrived but couldn't accommodate all of us. The other people waiting were from flights after us but clearly there is absolutely no coordination or procedure regarding the... read more
Called 3 times, hung up the first time no call back. 2nd time waited 20 minutes with no reply, 3rd time they hung up again. Do not recommend using this company
