The owner had agreed to a price to wash both the walls and the roof. I paid a portion of the bill after his crew washed the walls, and the rest after he did the roof. But the amount he said I owed for the second half of the bill was more than the original agreement. I didn't double check at the time so shame on me, I trusted him, but when I contacted him about it, he came up with a reason for the overpayment that didn't jibe with the original agreement.
