Jamie was a great technician, very knowledgeable and friendly. Because of him I would recommend ACE to my friends and family and ask for Jamie. He did a free home inspection and gave me some great advice.

The in-laws were in town and we were running the dishwasher to prepare for dinner and I heard dripping coming from the kitchen. I went in to find water spewing out of the sink drain and pouring over the edge onto the floor - this was not going to help me make a good impression on my father in law. I called Ace and they sent a guy out right away who diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour.

Jonathan, (ACE Plumbing and Rooter) was a saving grace. We are out of state and had a serious plumbing problem with our property in San Francisco. I found Jonathan via the internet yellow pages and really got lucky. Not only was he out there and fixed the problem the same day but it was within hours. I came home from work to find that my house was flooded due to a leak in my water heater. It was late at night and I called out this company. The office staff was very friendly and had someone out to me with in the hour. The plumber was very knowledgable and very clean. He even cleaned up the mess that was made by the heater which was not his responsibility. Not only was this company quick to respond, knowledgable, and friendly but they were very reasonable. Highly recommended! – Had a low hot water pressure issue. Called another company and they didnt seem to know what's going on and gave a quote. Called Santhoff and asked about the quote, and right there they were $100 cheaper. They were very knowledgeable so i asked them to come out. Sergio arrived about an hour after my call, found the issue and got it fixed right away. Good folks and will definitely recommend them to my friends. Thanks!!!

Call them – I highly suggest you call up this plumbing company when you have problems at home related to plumbing. They did a good job replacing my tub. They even gave me a fair price for the work.

I did everything in my power to try to get my toilet unclogged but after two hours and multiple trips to the hardware store I figured this wasn't the do it yourself job I thought it would be. Ace Plumbing was at my door in under an hour the rates are very reasonable.
