Apparently, my business isn’t very important to ACE. I had them put a roof on last year and I was very pleased with their service. That’s why they were my first call when I needed some work done on a bathroom remodel. I called and spoke to an estimator and set up a time for him to come out. RecommendedI had multiple plumbing issues, and Terry was great! He took the time to explain everything I had questions about and more, and definitely went the extra mile. Everyone I had contact with through Ace was exceptionally helpful, professional and timely in getting back to me. I will definitely use them again and would recommend their plumbing dept to anyone 🙂
Horrible!! Made an appointment twice and never showed up. Got a sorry story each time. Not dealing with this company that was supposed to be here twice!! How hard is it to write down your appointments or call them early to let them know you can’t make it!?

We called Ace for an estimate on our roof and after talking with Robbie, there was no other company we would have gone with. He was so helpful. He dealt with the insurance company and got us scheduled right away. The construction crew was professional and fast. I highly recommend them!

Ace roofing did a great job on our roof! My wife and I are very satisfied that we chose ACE to do the work! Met with Joseph for the estimate and he explained everything in detail. Met with Brandon after the work was done to go over the everything. The whole process wasn't difficult, it was simple. I'm glad they were willing to work with our insurance and mortgage company. I know that can be difficult. Overall I am pleased with their work!

Excellent
Ace Roofing just did our roof. They did such a great job! Covered all my bushes and cleaned up so I cant even tell I got a new roof. We changed the color from a dirty grey to a perfect slate color. We could not be more happy. Thanks again Ace Roofing!
