First, they answered the phone immediately on a Sunday morning then set up Ron to come out right away on a Sunday in Sedona which is amazing in itself. He then was able to fix the leak immediately. He was so professional and kind. He made a stressful day so much better. Ace has been incredible every single time I have ever used the. They are definitely the only plumbers I trust, and we have tried others that were definitely not someone we ever wanted to have back.
Plumber came out and quoted us $950 to replace the flapper and flush valves assemblies on 2 toilets! That ridiculously high for such a job when the parts were only about $50 retail. Also they no showed our first appointment without calling. We had to call them after waiting 2 1/2 hours. Very disappointed!
Ace Plumbers recently helped me with a stubborn clog in my kitchen sink. From the moment I called, they were friendly and accommodating. The technician arrived on time and explained the entire drain cleaning process to me. They worked diligently and left my kitchen spotless. I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional service—definitely the best in residential plumbing!
Michael Thomas did a very nice job and was efficient when fixing my slow drain in bathroom. I would call them again.
Great customer service! They came right away after I called them about a leaky pipe in the middle of the night. The plumber did a good job, worked quickly, and fixed the problem with little trouble. I really like their services!
