The sewer repair took most of the afternoon, which seemed appropriate given the complexity of the issue compared to a previous plumber who misdiagnosed it as merely a clogged pipe. After removing a section of the pipe for inspection, they discovered tree root infiltration and addressed it thoroughly.

First, they answered the phone immediately on a Sunday morning then set up Ron to come out right away on a Sunday in Sedona which is amazing in itself. He then was able to fix the leak immediately. He was so professional and kind. He made a stressful day so much better. Ace has been incredible every single time I have ever used the. They are definitely the only plumbers I trust, and we have tried others that were definitely not someone we ever wanted to have back.
