Ruins property, blows grass cuttings in mulch, rude employees! Doesn’t care about your concerns or listen to your wants! If I could give them a negative 5 I would!
We have used ACE for several years. Our experience is hit or miss. Last week they cut thru our dog fence. Called to tell them and we were told must report any concerns within 24 hours of their visit. So going forward we have to walk around after their visit and inspect their work for them to be accountable. Not a happy customer.
we live in apple creek station. yesterday they mowed the place. never seen a worse job. they missed so many places towards the back. looks like shoddy.
I was nice the 1st time and private messaged you guys but apparently it fell on deaf ears bc the drop box is once again blocked in from your drivers!! How hard is it to see those boxes are placed there for a reason and to not block them in?!?! Do all your drivers take a course on how to properly plow businesses?
