Im upset to say the least, i went here today as a first time customer. I wanted to get my 12 y/o kid right for his first day of school, i came out with a CHOPPED haircut. I waited 2 hrs just to be attended in 18 mins, my kid waited for those two hours seated in the chair they have n didn’t cause any sort of commotion/problem for the shop. Worst experience I've ever had receiving a haircut. Inexperiencedand unprofessional barbers... Went in for a beard trim and hair cut, was assisted by Abel. He did not understand or try to fully grasp what I wanted. I wanted a simple beard an hair trim, he did not touch my hair AT ALL. I was still charged 35 dollars. Went in for my first cut today and even though the shop has good reviews my cut did not come out as expected, I was in for over 1hr and 30+ minutes (getting the cut). I do give props to the barber for trying his best and trying to fix what I pointed out was to my dislike. But at the end I just paid and felt unsatisfied.

This place does fades. Did not ask for a fade, showed pics of what I wanted, was given a fade. It's poorly balanced too, due to, I guess, inexperience outside of fades. This place does fades.
