They were thorough, careful, and polite. It was a good moving experience all around.
At first I thought their estimate was high but after checking other places they were lower, with that said, they were worth every penny! The crew was wonderful, they worked hard & were thoughtful to organize our items into our new house, they even finished sooner than estimated saving us money! I would use Ace Midwest again!
Ace Midwest helped move our home contents over a 3 hour drive to our new home. They were fast, courteous, and very organized at packing our belongings. I was beyond impressed with the great service we had. Staff at the office were wonderful to work with too. No guessing on prices. Everything was given to us up front. I have already told family and friends about them. I would work with them again tomorrow if I had to!!
I've used Ace 5 times over the last 2 1/2 years for different family members and in different situations: apartment to apartment, multiple storage stops to apartment, apartment to storage (theirs), and storage to townhouse. Every crew was excellent. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They handled the stuff with care and consideration. They were as quick and efficient as one could ever expect. Clearly, since I keep coming back, they do excellent work I'd recommend them without hesitation.
