The endocrinologist seemed polite, but my overall experience with this clinic was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The clinic repeatedly demanded outdated documentation from 2015 with no clear explanation for why it was necessary. Even after I explained that these records would be difficult to obtain (including being from another province and nearly a decade old), there was little effort made by the clinic to help coordinate, request the records properly, or offer realistic alternatives. Being under the care of Dr. Vikrant Sandhu has been an excellent experience. He is kind, patient, and extremely professional. He listens carefully and provides clear guidance, which made me feel safe and confident throughout my treatment. I truly appreciate his dedication and would strongly recommend him to anyone seeking exceptional care.
They have good doctors. It’s a good medical clinic and they are really nice. The receptionist is really kind.
It is very nice it is clean and the staff are very nice very good
Staff is super super rude. i went for the checkup as i am not able to speak. they are not understanding simple things and throwing comments such as is if every claim is WCB, ask your company to close the business"..... Doctors are great, but i think clinic have to do something about MOA. They are NON Challant and will not reply you with respect and only reason i am there i cant speak and they are asking me same thing again and again hope this will change soon!
