We had a very similar issue as the other reviewer on this page. We should have taken him to court as well.
He did a fair inspection. Showed up late to the appointment. He took pictures and generated a report on the computer. He then offered his services to fix some of the issues within the property. He said that he was licensed to do construction work but he wasn't. He didn't get permits for the work. He also did not fix everything in the contract and then ran off with the money. I have taken Mr. Strickland to small claims court and won and now has refused to pay the judgment against him.
