We just had our home inspected by Tim Knight because we're considering selling in 2 years and he was referred to us by our realtor. Tim responded quickly, got us scheduled quickly, arrived early, spent 2 hours in our home, explained all of his findings including the photos he took, and had the report emailed to me just a few hours later. I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend him to others without reservation. We're grateful for this info and now we know what repairs to prioritize.
Ipaid them $525 to inspect a villa that i purchased. He didnt check the drains in the house. The bathroom sinks darin very very slowly. I had to treat them with drano gel to get them to work properly. I have had two toilets over flow because they are not clear...i have to use a special plunger to unplug the toilets. We still have to be careful to make sure they dont overflow. i complained to tthem, but with no results except for a terse letter about non payment.
