Talia home health nurse EXCELLENT CARE for the last 2 years. I’m so grateful & blessed to have her come into my home and care for my medical needs. Professional, caring, attentive & just a wonderful person/nurse.
After 3 weeks being out of the physical rehabilitation facility, and 3 nurses who NEVER had supplies for my wound care, I had enough. Also was told there was no available physical therapist or occupational therapist available…. Again AFTER 3 weeks. Everytime I spoke to someone in the office they “ were going to look into it” How does a nurse r treat your wounds if you don’t have the supplies. Very disappointing.
From the office staff-to the clinicians-to the clients- everyone here is truly treated like family. I can't put into words how much I appreciate this company. Keep up the good work, Ace Home Health!
