Honestly, the tech was very knowledgeable about replacing my unit. Quoted me a price and I confirmed that included everything. When he got back to his office and drew up the proposal, it was $2000 more than he originally quoted. I was still on board with Ace doing the job until the secretary tried to correct me with her semantics TWO times in our conversation. Not accepting new customer!
Worst customer service ever. I called to ask for service. After telling me about some COVID problems at the company, I told the lady that scheduling me was no hurry. She told me I would have to wait until January (it was 12/4). I said ok. She said, we aren’t taking new customers. And it went on from there.
