Husband contacted Angie's list for hot water heater malfunction,recieved six companies responding for the diagnostic aspect. By the time the last company ( Ace heating) arrived no one was home so we was charge with a 50.00 no cancelation fee. I understand the Tech use valuable time to make the trip, I am just appreciative to the other companies that actually did the diagnostic and didn't charge. The company we chose did an excellent job.
