We had Ace install new hardwood flooring in our kitchen, dining room and hallway. They refinished our existing hardwood floors along with the new hardwood they installed. It turned out amazing! We hired Mike Battistoni of Ace Flooring to install 3 rooms of flooring. First of all, he NEVER showed up at the time he said he was going to. The problem was his staining was done incorrectly, not following the stain manufacturers instructions & done in hast so that they could move on to the next job. The result of this was EXTREMELY UNEVEN STAIN COLORING. When we asked for this to be corrected to achieve a more even color, Mike became extremely angry and proceeded to yell at us that NOTHING can be done to improve the very ... read more
