Called ahead to see if they do 5 Gallon water exchange they said yes. Walk in and rude cashier said we can’t take hinkley springs exchange. I keep giving this place a shot but need serious training on customer service. Back to the big box I go.
Some items overpriced and they won’t price match. It seems silly to gouge customers to charge twice as much for the exact same toilet flapper compared to down the street. A small increase for the convenience? Sure. But almost double? That’s just silly
