I walk using a cane. I can’t get around easily. I asked a cashier to call someone to help me. She reluctantly did. No one came. I went to the help desk at the back of the store. Someone came and looked at what I needed. He couldn’t help so he called for someone who could. No one came. I told the cashier and she turned her back to me. I said, “You don’t care?” Nothing. Don’t count on getting help here. I told her I’m leaving a review. Nothing. The lack of care for customers is astounding.
Their Christmas stuff is not half off! Not like others. I was talking to a gentleman up front about how things should be half off but he didn't have the authority to change it and a young girl came up front and said that Debbie or Deborah or I think something with the d said that this Ace hardware is not doing that kind of a sale even though it was an advertisement by Ace hardware. I put everything back and went to Jewel across the way who had an even better deal. 3 bags of stuff for like $11. I love how things always work o... read more
