while waiting in line to make a purchase i watched an exchange between a customer and and employee concerning returned items. the customer had no receipt and could not estimate a purchase date on the items. the items being returned apparently had a bulk and singular value and the employee was trying to to determine what price had been paid in order to return the correct amount to the customer. i was directed to an open register by the employee but chose to stay in line out of curiosity as the return amount was close to $100.... read more

I cant imagine a rude employee at this store. It has the best service in the county.

LOL reading that post below makes me laugh. I think the employee you are refering to is the ones a few of us started calling hagatha. Myself and a few friends won't go in the place if we see her working. I do believe her name is vana or vaughna.

I will never enter that store again after the way I was treated by an employee, What kind of business lets employees chase after customers making demands and acusations. I had purchased a pallet of pellets for my woodstove, A female employee came out while I was waiting to load demanding that I move my vehicle now and claiming i hadn't paid for the pellets, after a yelling match with the employee i left mad. While shopping recently for a painting / wallpapering project I stopped by Fortuna Ace Hardware. I was treated with respect and patience, allowed to ponder my choices without feeling rushed, and I was given all the help I needed. The staff at this store made me feel good about shopping there. They have a very posative attitude.
