I have been doing Business with Ace for QUITE a while. Ever since they have opened their new doors, I have been in there AT LEAST twice a week. I haven't minded paying extra for what I bought because I felt that I was helping to support a LOCAL Business. All year long I have gone in and out those doors with my Open Carry Weapon. NOBODY has said a WORD. A couple of employees did ask what caliber I carried. That was it. friendly and helpful staff. sadly the majority of the inventory is so overpriced it's crazy. went in today to by wire. 41$ for 26 feet. checked online, can have the same stuff shipped for less than half that price.... was looking for chain as well...... the price for the chain would have been about 125$.... can have it shipped for 65$..... i really would like to shop local. at these prices though it's pretty discouraging.

I love my Rockport-Fulton ACE Hardware! Every time I go in people are friendly and SO helpful. A gentleman helped me earlier today, I think his name was Casper, and he was so patient and informative. I left with a couple of possible solutions for some pretty quirky problems. It's nice to see there are some places that know what customer service should be.

I was so impressed they donated a yeti cooler for Terry Garvey's benefit as a raffle prize on November 15.
They have advice and everything you need from tackling any of your projects to repairing problems. It is sooo nice! You can find unique gifts, stuff for the home, things for the kids; you name it. Really gotta see for yourself!!
