RecommendedThis is the best Ace hardware store ever!!! We love to shop here when we are in town. The store is a little jewel, they have so many cool things besides hardware....clothing, decorative beachy items for the house, cute dishes and bowls. It's fun to just go in and browse...The staff is A++++ as well, super helpful, they totally deserve the "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man". Highly recommend this place.
So I go to get propane, they charged me for 20 lbs. the canister would only take 18.75 lbs. when I called to complain, I mean I paid for twenty, the manager Bob was extremely rude. He said they charge for it in bulk no matter if you get all of it. So they’re crooks, they screw people out of propane and their money, and they’re rude to boot. It’s the last time I spend any money at this place. Propane is as expensive as liquid gold, but they’re screwing people out of it. Must be nice to make money dishonestly.
